Dr. Pamela Phoenix is the Chief Executive Officer of Triple J & Associates, LLC, an oil and gas business with a component of class/mass action toxic tort coordination. Dr. Phoenix operates in dual roles, first as an environmental advocate who investigates, educates, and initiate environmental class/mass actions; and secondly as a Professional Landman for oil & gas company drilling explorations.
She is the CEO of Ministry Excellence Consulting, where she performs business consultation services to small/medium businesses, churches, non-profits, and for-profits in the area of business structuring, tax preparation, event coordination, obtaining capital, graphic design, and other administration.
More recently, Dr. Pam started assisting clients with heirship property that may have either been stolen or fraudulently taken for them to reclaim their rightful ownership. She assists African Americans people with identifying ties to land they have been robbed of by investigation, courthouse record examination, and her expertise as a Professional Landman. She encourages relatives and heirs to recover pilfered property and obtain restoration through conventional activism and methodological development. She helps educate communities on the concealed narratives of African American land robbery by Caucasians through collaborations, print material, and training
Over the years, Dr. Phoenix has served in the East Texas region by volunteering in many capacities. She has gained a diverse background obtained from serving as Commissioner, City of Tyler’s Planning and Zoning Commission; Board Member, Judge Quincy Beavers, Jr. Foundation, Inc., President, Jeffery “Jeff” Williams Scholarship Fund, Inc., Advisor, Black Nurses Rock; Vice Chair, Smith County Appraisal District Appraisal Review Board; President Board of Directors, Total Healthcare; Legal Liaison, Harvey Canal Neighborhood Association; and, Board Member, YMCA – YES! Educational Services.
Dr. Phoenix has an extensive legal background as a Senior Paralegal in Louisiana and Texas. Her primary areas of experience are contract law, medical malpractice (plaintiff and defense), arbitration, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and family law, civil litigation, and evictions.
Pam received her Doctorate Degree in Biblical Studies in 2020, Faith Christian Bible College; Master’s Degree in Biblical Studies in 2017, Bread of Life Christian University Theological Seminary (Tyler Campus); and Bachelor of Arts degree in 2003, Loyola University New Orleans. Also, Dr. Phoenix was named in the 2003 Who’s Who Among Students. She began pursuing a law degree in Fall 2010, Concord Law School.
Dr. Phoenix is the proud mother of three, Juan, Jasmine, and Jewel (deceased); grandmother of Jacobe’, JaDarius, Jimarion, Rozlyn, Jcholae, Journae, Jaijuan, Jaikee, Jabari and Rosario (deceased). She is native of Harvey, Louisiana, suburb of New Orleans, and was displaced by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Since that time, Tyler, Texas has absolutely been her home.
